Motor gear direct connection type, motor connected with gear reducer shaft through tooth coupling, after 90° changing-direction, horizontal motor drive the vertical spindle, then spindle drive roller assembly press the inner appearance of ring die to pelletizing.

1. The first year reducer gear teeth, bearing damage, free replacement gearbox

2. second year reducer gear teeth, bearing damage, free replacement accessories

3. in the third year reducer gear teeth, bearing damage, only accessories cost replacement maintenance.

Electric Motor 18 months warranty policy: 

Customers within 18 months after receiving motor:

1. abnormal sound, free replacement of new motor

2. too high temperature, free replacement of new motor

3. low current phenomenon; free replacement of new motor


Raw Material

The raw material to make pellets can be wood branch, stem, wood bark and other wood waste; rice husk, sunflower husk, peanut shell and fruit shell; a variety of crop stalks; Rubber, cement, ash and other chemical materials, such like low adhesion rate, hard or soft materials.
