Vertical Ring Die Wood Pellet Machine with Five Characteristics

1. Vertical feeding, mould hole is not blocked.

2. Vertical ring die is static; double-layers to reduce using cost and improve production.

3. Rollers rotary with high speed; materials are evenly distributed through generated centrifugal force.

4. Two sets of lubrication system, ensure the lubrication for equipment running parts.

5. Dust-collecting and reduce temperature, the pelletizing room keep constant temperature. 

Reduce grease overflow or carbon parts, damage the working of the lubrication system.

Gear reducer three years warranty policy:

1. The first year reducer gear teeth, bearing damage, free replacement gearbox

2. second year reducer gear teeth, bearing damage, free replacement accessories

3. in the third year reducer gear teeth, bearing damage, only accessories cost replacement maintenance.

Electric Motor 18 months warranty policy: 

Customers within 18 months after receiving motor:

1. abnormal sound, free replacement of new motor

2. too high temperature, free replacement of new motor

3. low current phenomenon; free replacement of new motor


Raw Material

The raw material to make pellets can be wood branch, stem, wood bark and other wood waste; rice husk, sunflower husk, peanut shell and fruit shell; a variety of crop stalks; Rubber, cement, ash and other chemical materials, such like low adhesion rate, hard or soft materials.
