Application Conditions for Raw Materials and Package

(1) The raw materials should not contain soil, sands, stones, metals and other substances to ensure the quality of briquetting products and the safety of molds and pinch wheels usage.

(2) The cutting length of raw materials should be controlled within the range of 20 mm ~ 30 mm, which not only conforms to the physiological digestion characteristics of ruminants, but also minimizes the resistance between units and modules during production, reducing reactive loss and increasing capacity.

(3) Materials must be stacked for over 48 hours with a height of above 3 meters before briquetting, in order to make the humidity of raw materials become balance and control the moisture within 14% ~ 25% to ensure the density of briquetting products.
